Q. Why did Kineo launch this free program?
A. Kineo is a learning first organisation and though we can’t fix the unprecedented challenges every organisation now faces, we felt it was important to share our technology and resources with those who may not have access to this type of training content. Our goal is to help people stay safe, connected and productive as we all manage this crisis together.
Q. What happens after the 2 month program?
We will be providing you with direct access to one of our solutions consultants during the program. They will be there to ensure you get the right training to the right people. If you want to continue using any of our courses or platforms once your program has been completed, they can advise on how we can continue to support you. If you have achieved your goals they can simply close down any outstanding courses or portals for you.
Q. I have an LMS already but I would like to use the courses on it?
A. Yes, we can deliver to any SCORM compatible LMS with our Learning Cloud.
Q. I don’t have an LMS can I still use the courses?
A. Yes. As part of the program we will also provide access to our learning platform so you can deploy the program to your team in a matter of hours.
Q. Can I host 3rd party content on the Kineo program?
A. Yes we can host most 3rd party content but any additional hosting costs beyond what Kineo is already providing would need to be discussed at the time with your solutions consultant.
Q. If I am an existing Kineo Courses customer, do I already have access to these courses?
A. All of the training content in this short program are available as part of the Kineo Courses subscription. If there are additional courses you would like to trial please speak to your account manager.
